Nicole Gross, M.S., LPC, NCC  is a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Pennsylvania.  Nicole received her Master's in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Neumann University.  Nicole believes that change and growth can be achieved through the exploration of self and the motivation to improve the understanding of how our thought patterns affect our behaviors.  By applying balanced therapeutic approaches and techniques, together you will explore your gifts and abilities which lead to the realization of your full potential. Jackie Covatta, MA, LPC, LBS received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University. She’s a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Behavioral Specialist, (LBS) with diverse background and over 15 years of successful outcomes supporting adults across a broad range of settings & mental health challenges. Using a trauma informed approach, she’s adept at helping others improve relationships and shape behaviors using empirically validated, strength-based treatments. Within the process she guides others to recognize patterns, gain tools, develop and resolve core conflicts towards informed choices and reach goals to gain a more positive relationship to the environment She uses a Person-Centered approach, grounded in mutual respectplacing highest regard for the individual, while integrating strategies to meet individual needs as; Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, Expressive Arts, Personal Process, Solution focused and Behavior Modification with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to meet specific needs, including help for parents to gain replacement behaviors for mal-adaptive coping.
